II. Inter-subband optoelectronics for mid-infrared applications
– Intersubband transition
– MIR applications

– Emitters: Quantum cascade laser, optical guides and cavities

III. Dynamics in advanced semiconductor lasers
– Dynamic effects
– New devices
– Non-linear photonics
