The application process starts in October of each year.

Each year, the deadline is February/March. The exact deadline is published on the website.

For European students, only the identity card is necessary.
For non-European students, you will have to apply for a passport as soon as possible. In the meantime, you must send us another official identity document (not a student card).

The decision for the admission to the master will be given at the end of March/beginning of April.

All the students will receive an answer and will be contacted by email. Results are not published on the website. 

First, check carefully the eligibility and admission criteria.
The master receives each year between 120 and 180 applications. However, we can only propose a limited number of Erasmus Mundus scholarships (from 10 to 20).

Self-financed applicants can apply until end of June.

No hard copies are required. However, hard copies (and translations) will be required for the registration at the first host university in September.

Yes. Students holding a Master’s degree can also choose to enter directly in the second year of the master. However, in that case, students are not eligible to the Erasmus Mundus scholarship.

Students will be awarded the diploma of each university they visited (one per semester except for master thesis). To validate the master, the students must succeed at each semester and pass all the courses.

Yes, it is part of the programme and necessary to validate the 1st year of the master.

You can perform your internship in an academic lab, a research center or a company. Holders of an Erasmus Mundus scholarship will have to perform their internship in the European Union (or in a country participating in the Erasmus + programme).

An applicant from an institution where the language of instruction is not English is required to provide official test results:

  • TOEFL:
    • Paper Based Test: 550 or higher
    • Computer Based Test: 213 or higher
    • Internet Based Test: 82 or higher
  • Cambridge ESOL IELTS: 6.0 points or higher
  • EUROPASS - Council of Europe: B2 independent user or higher
